Breaking News – $38 million class action lawsuit against Brican America alleging fraud

Leasing News posted an alert regarding Brican America, Miami, Florida on October 5, being sued over its leasing portfolio sold within your bank regarding “marketing agreement” not disclosed that are part of lease documents.

This alert was dropped at Leasing News attention by Bernie Boettigheimer, CLP, President of Lease Police. Appears like Brican America was inside the operation of aiming to sell aspects of its lease portfolio. In doing an investigation, Bernie found NCMIC Finance Corporation dba Professional Solutions Financial Services (PSFS), Clive, Iowa using a claim against Brican for $38 million involving 1672 leases. He wanted Leasing News to alert readers by using this company.

Sales on the systems to dentists and optometrists use advertising revenues reimbursing the purchaser to the system cost, just before an ex-salesman of Brican America, along with suit brought by NCMIC Finance Corporation dba Professional Solutions Financial Services (PSFS), Clive, Iowa.

It appears on the list of two men behind Brican America is Jean-Francois Vincens. The operation is exactly like the recent Royal Links Golf Carts leased to country clubs determined by advertising to pay for the carts and perhaps even earn profits. Jean-Francois Vincens was among the many principals in Recomm, who had over $125 million in losses involving over 30 leasing companies, including Colonial Pacific Leasing, Lease Partners, Bell Atlantic TriCon, Finova, GreatAmerica Leasing, Textron, among others. It is obvious regarding the Brican America Scam.
